Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I park when I visit campus for a study?

Both Uris Hall and Martha Van Rensselear Hall have free, reserved parking for research participants.

If your visit is at Uris Hall, park in front of Uris Hall on Tower Road in the parking spot marked with traffic cones. An assistant will be there to move the cones out of your way when you arrive.

If your visit is at Martha Van Rensselaer Hall, you will be assigned a free parking spot in the covered garage below the building for the duration of the entire study. Directions to the parking garage along with the assigned spot will be included in an email confirming the appointment time and date. You can also visit our Directions page to view a map campus showing LiLaC lab locations.

Can I bring children who will not be participating in a study?

Yes! Please let us know in advance if you are bringing children to your visit who will not be participating in a study so we can arrange for extra assistants to care for them while you participate.

What if we need to reschedule?

We are happy to reschedule if you or your child are not feeling well. If you, your child, or anyone coming to the lab has had a cold, fever, or flu-like symptoms in the last 24 hours we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
